I opened my first cigar store in 1996 with a passion for cigars, a willingness to work hard, and a lot of lessons learned.
Over the next three decades, I built that single store into a multi-location business. I've been in every seat at the table — owner, operator, and problem solver.
I've negotiated leases, built stores and walk-in humidors, hired and fired staff, and managed inventory.
After decades building and operating successful cigar retail businesses, I now help entrepreneurs do the same.
